Sunday morning, November 26, invites more sensual pleasures, such as a divine breakfast in bed, or attending a church service with magnificent music. The Moon is VoC 1:51 p.m. -4:39 p.m. PST, which would be a good time to pause, read a book, putter in your garden, or cook up something delightful in your kitchen. At 4:39 p.m. PST the Moon moves into Gemini and soon after squares Saturn and opposes Mars. The aspect is tense, creating an opportunity to communicate about issues that need to be resolved.

Monday, November 27, sports a Full Moon in Gemini. The Sun conjuncts Mars, and the Full Moon/Mars squares Saturn. This is a tense T-square aspect with Saturn, the commander, at the apex. This is a call to get your life in good order and get moving. This is the beginning of the week after the holidays, and four weeks before Christmas. Set your goals and intentions for the season, and get to work on them. Venus and the South Node are conjunct for the next two days which may lead us to connect with loved ones from the past.

A Moon-Venus trine on Tuesday morning, November 28, fosters connection, especially with women. The Gemini Moon squares Neptune and opposes Mercury, perhaps resulting in communication confusion. At the same time, it could be a good day for a creative writing project. The Moon is void of course from 5:02 p.m.-10:53 p.m. PST, a time to take a pause to watch a movie, read a boo, or work on your email backlog. A stabilizing Moon-Saturn trine grounds the evening, encouraging attention if there are any duties that need to be fulfilled.

The Moon is in Cancer the next two days, November 29 and 30, drawing us toward home and family. These are good days to bake cookies or holiday treats, and to decorate your home for the holidays. The Sun and Jupiter are inconjunct which might correspond with a feeling of overextension, and also feelings of optimism as well. On Thursday, November 30, the Moon makes tense aspects with Chiron and Eris, provoking irritation and sensitivity around old wounds. Be compassionate.

December begins on a tense note with the Cancer Moon square to Venus and Pluto on Friday, December 1, forming a T-square. This alignment has a suspicious, possibly defensive, tone. However, by 8:00 a.m. PST the Moon moves into dramatic Leo and ushers in a playful, exuberant day. Mercury ingresses into Capricorn, giving a practical, realistic perspective for the next few weeks. A Moon-Mars aspect later in the day adds spice to the unfolding energies and events of the day. The Moon-Jupiter square that follows adds even more spink and excitement to the evening.

Saturday, December 2, hosts a fiery Moon-Sun trine, giving the weekend with an upbeat mood. Mercury sextiles Saturn, showering us with 0reason and practicality. We seek new thrills on Saturday evening due to a Moon-Uranus square that perfects just after midnight PST.

A Venus-Pluto square on Sunday, December 3, may draw us into deeper intimacy, or could trigger storms in relationships. This aspect stirs passion. You could also use the energy to immerse yourself in an engaging project. Later in the evening the Moon ingresses into Virgo at 7:50 p.m. PDT, and shortly after opposes Saturn. Use this alignment to plan the week and month ahead with meticulous detail.

Monday and Tuesday, December 4 and 5, are the days of the month to get your life in order against the backdrop of a Virgo Moon. On Monday the Virgo Moon forms a Grand Earth Trine with Mercury and Jupiter, a divine aspect that supports us to get a lot accomplished. A Moon-Mars square, though adds tension, and may also push us to attend to pressing matters. Venus enters the deep, passionate waters of Scorpio where it will stay until December 29.

Moon Void-of-Course: This is the time when the Moon makes its last major angular aspect with a planet before it moves into the next zodiacal sign tropically. This void time, when the Moon is not aspecting a planet, but rather floating on its own, is a time when things don’t come together and it is difficult to make good decisions. Purchases made during void Moons often turn out to be unsatisfactory and not work out. Appointments often don’t come together, and meetings don’t result in progress or sound, lasting decisions. We more easily get lost or meander in trying to get somewhere. The VoC Moon times for the next month are listed below so that you can plan meetings, decisions, and purchases at times when the Moon is not VoC; and use the void times for gardening, reading, and routine task work.
