The Sun is now in Sagittarius which symbolizes optimism, expansion, travel, and higher education and knowledge. The Sag Sun boosts the dazzling holiday season until December 21. The ruler of Sagittarius is Jupiter, and this great benefic is prominent the next three weeks, showering it’s many blessings on us.

Saturn has now turned direct and Mercury leaves its retrograde motion on Saturday, November 29. In the coming week we will feel motivated to move projects forward.

There is a beneficial Grand Water Trine pattern holding until December 10. Mercury is in Scorpio; Saturn is in Pisces (as well as Neptune a few degrees further); and Jupiter is in Cancer. If you have planets or angles at 24-29 degrees of any of these water signs, you will be boosted by this grand trine energy.

The Week Ahead:

Saturday, November 29, the Moon is in Pisces until 5: 06 pm when the Moon moves into Aries. Dream a little, and express your creative talents. Plan to do something new and exciting on Saturday evening.

Saturday evening through Monday, November 29-December 1, the Moon is in Aries. Sunday, November 30, Venus moves into Sagittarius tropically, joining Mars and the Sun. This bundle in Sagittarius invites adventure and connection. Get out and be social! Be bold! On Monday the Moon is void of course all day (10:14-19:12). You can go easily off course, so make a list to help keep yourself on track, but refrain from doing anything requiring decisions and connections as they may not come to fruition. Monday would be a great day to decorate your home for the holidays, bake, or handle correspondence. It is not a good day for shopping.

Tuesday and Wednesday, December 2-3, the Moon is in Taurus. These are sensual days. Play good music while you work, perhaps at attending to your finances or cooking delicious food.

Thursday and Friday, December 4-5, the Moon is in Gemini. A Full Moon perfects on Thursday, December 4, at 13 degrees of Gemini. The Full Moon opposes Venus, but otherwise, this lunation doesn’t have much support. Focus on connection, communication, and camaraderie, and enjoy yourself. The Gemini Moon brings out a light-heartedness and a friendly, easy curiosity.

Saturday and Sunday, December 6-7, the Moon is in Cancer. On Saturday, December 6 Mercury trines Jupiter, making way for heart-to-heart conversations. The Cancer Moon invites us to cozy up at home with family and enjoy comfort food and connection. Show compassion and caring to others.

Moon Void of Course: This is the time when the Moon makes its last major angular aspect with a planet before it moves into the next zodiacal sign tropically. This void time, when the Moon is not aspecting a planet, but rather floating on its own, is a time when things don’t come together and it is difficult to make good decisions. Purchases made during void Moons often turn out to be unsatisfactory and not work out. Appointments often don’t come together, and meetings don’t result in progress or sound, lasting decisions. We more easily get lost or meander in trying to get somewhere. The VoC Moon times for the next month are listed below so that you can plan meetings, decisions, and purchases at times when the Moon is not VoC; and use the void times for gardening, reading, and routine task work.
