The Sun moves into Scorpio tropically on Wednesday, October 22, at 10:23 p.m. PDT. drawing us deeper into our emotions and passions.
A New Moon forms Tuesday, October 21, at the end of Libra: 28:21 degrees, at 5:24 a.m. PDT. Libra symbolizes loving partnerships. May you create one or deepen one you have. The Sabian Symbol for this New Moon is: Mankind’s Vast Enduring Effort for Knowledge Transferable from Generation to Generation. The symbol highlights our capacity to transfer, or pass down, information and knowledge to others, especially to our children and young people.

The Week Ahead:
Saturday, October 18, the Moon is in Virgo. Saturday morning is good for chores and checking things off your list. The Moon is void of course from 2:10 p.m. to 9:01 p.m. If you have weekend shopping with decisions of consequence to make, do it before 2:10 p.m. After that, focus on insignificant matters such as cleaning your house and putting your life in order.
Sunday and Monday, October 19-20, the Moon is in Libra. On Sunday, October 19, Venus conjuncts the Moon in Libra, sweetening the day. On the other hand, Mars conjuncts Mercury, sharpening our inquiry and our tongues. Think twice about you want to say, as your words will make an impact.
Tuesday through Thursday, October 21-23, the Moon is in Scorpio. However, before the Moon moves into Scorpio at 8:41 a.m. PDT, a New Moon forms at 28:21 degrees of Libra at 5:24 a.m. This New Moon holds a Grand Trine in water signs: Saturn in Pisces, Jupiter in Cancer, and Mars and Mercury in Scorpio. Venus is unaspected, meaning she is free to express as she wants, and Venus does have desires. Emotions are heightened. Energy is strong for manifesting your wishes and creating a new start, particularly in love. A new relationship may be birthed. Expect the unexpected on Thursday as the Sun inconjuncts Uranus. While plans may change, there may be new discoveries and adventures.
Friday and Saturday, October 24-25, the Moon is in Sagittarius. On Friday the Sun squares Pluto. You may experience challenges, but you can rise to the occasion with determination and resolve. You are able to solve big problems with research and concentration. On Saturday Mercury trines Saturn, adding precision and focus for work and solutions.
Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, October 26-28, the Moon is in Capricorn. These are productive days to lean in and get a lot accomplished.

Moon Void of Course: This is the time when the Moon makes its last major angular aspect with a planet before it moves into the next zodiacal sign tropically. This void time, when the Moon is not aspecting a planet, but rather floating on its own, is a time when things don’t come together and it is difficult to make good decisions.
