Sunday, June 15, Mars is square Uranus exactly, and Jupiter is exactly square Saturn. All of this energy combined is like a pressure cooker ready to explode. Tense Mars-Uranus aspects can be violent, evidenced by a few incidents the past couple of days such as the crash of the India Jetliner, the assassination of politicians in Minnesota, and the attacks by Iran and Israel on each other. There may be more incidents before the weekend is over as the Mars-Uranus square is explosive. Go carefully. Use engaging in a demanding project.
Mars enters Virgo on Tuesday, June 17, where it will be until August 6. Mars in Virgo is good for self-improvement, meticulous problem-solving, and organizing systems.
Wednesday, June 18 is a charitable, generous day as Jupiter squares Neptune. Extend yourself for the benefit of others.
The Sun is in Gemini for a few more days, and on Friday, June 20, the Sun moves into Cancer at 7:42 p.m. Pacific Time. The Summer Solstice is the longest, lightest day of the year in the northern hemisphere. The 2025 Summer Solstice holds an exuberant Sun-Jupiter conjunction which gives optimism, confidence, buoyancy, and blessings. The Sun makes opportune aspects to the exalted Taurus Moon and to Mars in Virgo. Intend to get a lot accomplished during the solstice weekend, as well as throughout the summer.
To harness the brilliant energy of the Summer Solstice, you may want to create a ritual to honor the day. Be sure to include some time and attention for soaking in the rays of the Sun! Make it an exuberant, expansive turning point in this year of your life.
Over the next weekend the Sun and Jupiter will be conjunct, and will be exact on Tuesday, June 24. Make the most of this energy, as it is golden! You can access the Midas touch!
From now through July 22, we are under the influence of a Kala Sarpa Yoga, a Vedic astrology configuration in which all planets through the orbit of Saturn are hemmed in by the nodal axis. This configuration is broken for two weeks each month when the Moon is outside the orbit, but then the Moon is alone and we can feel isolated and unsupported. During this time energy is blocked. It may not be a good time for major purchases or decisions.
Uranus will be changing signs from Taurus to Gemini on July 8. In July and August Uranus will be trine Pluto in Aquarius. Saturn and Neptune will be in Aries in between Uranus and Pluto in sextile aspect. This will be a potent combination for ideas, innovations, and information.

Moon Void of Course: This is the time when the Moon makes its last major angular aspect with a planet before it moves into the next zodiacal sign tropically. This void time, when the Moon is not aspecting a planet, but rather floating on its own, is a time when things don’t come together and it is difficult to make good decisions. Purchases made during void Moons often turn out to be unsatisfactory and not work out. Appointments often don’t come together, and meetings don’t result in progress or sound, lasting decisions. We more easily get lost or meander in trying to get somewhere. The VoC Moon times for the next month are listed below so that you can plan meetings, decisions, and purchases at times when the Moon is not VoC; and use the void times for gardening, reading, and routine task work.
