The Sun shines in Gemini tropically for another two weeks through June 21. Travel, communication, connection, and curiosity are highlighted.

Venus and Jupiter are conjunct on Tuesday, June 9, and close to each other all week. These two benefic planets are in the sign of Cancer, so you may find a place to live if you are looking, sell a property, or at least make a move to expand or beautify your home.

Mercury turns retrograde on June 29, so get your travel plans made, contracts signed, and communication out before the 29th. Tie up loose ends for projects and commitments set in motion.

This Week:

Saturday until 5:42 pm PDT, June 6, the Moon is in Aquarius. The day highlights friendship and diversity. Juno, asteroid of marriage and partnership is stationary, ready to turn retrograde. This is a strong day to enliven relationships.

Saturday evening through Monday afternoon at 5:38 pm PDT, June 6-8, the Moon is in Pisces. Sunday Venus and Mercury are trine, easing conversations. Express your artistry. Paint the world with poetry and color. Venus and Jupiter are nearly conjunct. Let your love and beauty shine. Mercury squares Saturn on Monday, drawing your focus on the serious responsibilities of the week and the problems to be solved.

Tuesday and Wednesday, June 9 and 10, the Moon is in Aries. It is time to get moving and be adventurous. Move forward on a project! Venus and Jupiter are conjunct on Tuesday at 25 degrees of Cancer. Use this good energy to expand or beautify your home. Embrace your family.

Thursday and Friday, June 11 and 12, the Moon is in Taurus. These days are for handling practical matters such as balancing your checkbook and paying bills. In addition, Taurus seeks pleasure, so they are days to indulge in sensual pleasure such as good food, music, and beauty. On Thursday, the Moon squares Pluto, drawing out intense focus on whatever needs to be addressed. You may now feel compulsive about resolving a serious issue. On Friday, Uranus squares the nodal axis, perhaps bringing a sudden opportunity.

Saturday and Sunday, June 13 and 14, the Moon is in Gemini. On Saturday Venus enters Leo. See Ten Things to Do with Venus in Leo below. This is a social day, with several lunar aspects. Venus loves to party, so make this an active weekend to gather with others. A New Moon occurs on Sunday, Flag Day, at 24 degrees of Gemini. The Sabian Symbol for this New Moon is “A Gardener Trimming Large Palm Trees.” This indicates cleaning up decay and making space for a clean start. New Moons invite us to set intentions. The New Gemini Moon call out themes of learning, short distance travel, and engagement with siblings, cousins, and neighbors.

Moon Void of Course: This is the time when the Moon makes its last major angular aspect with a planet before it moves into the next zodiacal sign tropically. This void time, when the Moon is not aspecting a planet, but rather floating on its own, is a time when things don’t come together and it is difficult to make good decisions. Purchases made during void Moons often turn out to be unsatisfactory and not work out. Appointments often don’t come together, and meetings don’t result in progress or sound, lasting decisions. We more easily get lost or meander in trying to get somewhere. The VoC Moon times for the next month are listed below so that you can plan meetings, decisions, and purchases at times when the Moon is not VoC; and use the void times for gardening, reading, and routine task work.
